NOTIFICATION

In exercise of provisions contained u/s 19 of the R.T.I. Act., 2005, the Chief Executive Officer, Haldia Development Authority will have the power of Appellate Authority and in sub-section 1 of the sec. 5 of the ‘Right to Information Act., 2005’. AEO-I/HDA will act as State Public Information Officer in respect of all sections under the administrative control of the Chief Executive Officer, Haldia Development Authority.

In exercise of provisions contained in sub-section 2 of the sec. 5 of the said Act. the following officers of the sections are hereby designated as State Assistant Public Information Officer within the limit of their respective sections / department as the case may be.
