PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION

Application should be
submitted in plain paper / letter head covering the
information as mentioned in the Format of Application
-
Each applicant should
clearly indicate the plot nos. (like P-1, P-2 ……………. etc.)
as well as the price quoted separately for each plot they
intend to apply.

Every application should be
accompanied with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one
thousand) (non-refundable) as Application
Money in favour of Chief Executive Officer, Haldia
Development Authority payable at Haldia.

Every application should be
accompanied with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees
one lakh) as Security Deposit in favour of Chief
Executive Officer, Haldia Development Authority payable at
Haldia against each quoted plot which will be adjusted
against the total cost of land of the successful bidder and
will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidder within 30 days
after finalization of bid without interest.

The successful bidder will
have to deposit 25% of the total land value after adjusting
security deposit within 15 days from the date of offer of
land and balance 75% within 30 days thereafter.

Possession will be handed
over after full and final payment.

Lease period will be 90
years which will be renewable thereafter.

Lease rent for each plot
will be Rs. 1000/- per acre per annum which will be paid
within 31st March every year.

Physical inspection of the
site may be possible.
Application for each plot in a sealed envelop should be
deposited in the Office of Chief Executive Officer, Haldia
Development Authority, P.O. Durgachak, Haldia, Dist. Purba
Medinipur – 721 602 by 2 P.M. on 29.12.2006.
