ALLOTMENT PROCEDURE
1. There
will be an auctioning between the bidders (restricted to
participants for all plots in this bidding process).
-
Only one representative of a company /
individual would be allowed in the auction process.

The bids for all plots will be opened on
29.12.2006 at 2:30 P.M.

The highest bidder for any plot among all the
bidders for all plots will get an opportunity to offer rates
equal to the highest bid offered by him for any nos. of
balance plots he likes and the same would be allotted to the
highest bidder and these plots would be out of the auction
process for next round.

In the next round, the second highest bidder
for any plot among all the bidders for all plots will get an
opportunity to offer rates equal to the rates quoted by him
for the balance plots and the same would be allotted to him.
The process will go on until and unless all the plots are
auctioned.
The last date of receiving of
application is extended upto 29.12.2006 upto 2 P.M.
The bids will
be opened at 2:30 P.M. on 29.12.2006 in the Conference Room of
Haldia Development Authority, P.O. Durgachak, Dist. Purba
Medinipur. Auction among the bidder will be held at 3 P.M. on
29.12.2006. |
