can be used for commercial purpose) is available at Hatiberia
(near Ranichak), Haldia on long term lease basis for residential-cum-commercial
purpose. The plot is centrally located closed to the schools,
college, bus stand, 5-star hotel, HDA's Administrative Complex,
Engineering College, Haldia Municipality, Law College, Polytechnic,
CIPET, SDJM's Court Complex etc.
Reserve Price : Rs. 1.25 crore per
acre.
Each application should be in two parts (separate sealed envelopes)

(i) Envelope -'A' - Technical/Qualifying Bid (in a sealed
envelope) - containing Application as mentioned above and
Application Money through a Demand Draft of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees
five thousand) only (non-refundable) drawn in favour of CEO,
Haldia Development Authority payable at Haldia and
(ii) Envelope-'B'-Financial Bid (in a sealed envelope) - containing
rate quoted and Security Deposit through a Demand Draft of
Rs. 10.00 lakhs (Rupees ten lakhs) only in favour of CEO,
Haldia Development Authority payable at Haldia, which will
be adjusted against the total cost of the land of the successful
bidder and will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidder without
interest.
90 years lease with renewable clause.
