Terms and Conditions :
Security money @ Rs.300/- (Rupees Three hundred) only will have to be deposited before formal allotment of flat. This Security Money will carry no interest and will be refunded on surrender of the flat.
The Security Money to be deposited by Demand Draft/ Bankers cheque in favour of CEO, HDA.
License fees @ 4.00/- per sq.ft. per month (for Anasua, Shakuntala, Priyambada) and @ 6.00/- per sq.ft. per month (for 40 and 44 flats at Priyambada Housing) plus Rs.50/- per month as water charges will have to be paid for the flat. At this moment HDA charges Rs. 50/- as monthly water charges but if the Board decides to enhance the license fees and water charges in future, the same will have to be paid from the date of effect.
Electricity charges will have to be paid by you separately and connection to be taken by you from WBSEDCL (Except Anasua and Shakuntala Housing Estate).
You will have to sign and agreement with HDA on Non-Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/-. A duplicate copy will be returned to you after signature. Proforma agreement form is available in the office of HDA.
The flat will have to be used for family residence only and conversion of this flat into Guest House will not be allowed at all.

Terms and Conditions :
Security money of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakh) only for flat will have to be deposited before formal allotment of the flat. This security money will carry no interest and will be refunded on surrender of the flat (Minimum three years). If the flat is surrendered before 03 (Three) years an amount equal to two months rent shall be deducted from the security money subject to submission of proof of upto date payment of electricity.
The Security Money is to be deposited by Demand Draft/ Bankers cheque in favour of CEO, HDA.
House Rent of Rs. 12,240/- (Rupees twelve thousand two hundred forty) only per month plus Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty) only per month as water charges will have to be paid. The rent will be enhanced @ 5% after three years. At this moment HDA charges in future, the same will have to be paid from the date of effect.
Electricity charges will have to be paid by you separately and connection to be taken by you from WBSEDCL.

License fees @ Rs.8/-, Rs.9/-, Rs.10/- per sq.ft./month for backside, middle side and front side respectively per month plus Rs.50/- per month as water charges & Sweeping Charges will have to be paid for the Stall. At this moment HDA charges Rs. 50/- as monthly water charges & Sweeping Charges but if the Board decides to enhance the license fees and water charges in future, the same will have to be paid from the date of effect.
Electricity charges will have to be paid by you separately and connection to be taken by you from WBSEDCL.
Formal allotment letter will be issued after agreement with HDA and deposit of security money.
You will require to submit an Affidavit stating that you are satisfied with the rate of license fees which you find as reasonable and are willing to pay such licence fee regularly.
Other terms and conditions are given in the Deed of Agreement.

Office Premises
For use of State Govt.
